We take an interest in the success and wellbeing of all our staff and students. The management, instructors and staff are known for their approachability and commitment to students, giving you the attention and help you need. When we schedule classes, our qualified instructors always show up on time, every time. Our instructors not only bring their wealth of knowledge and experience to class, but they always come prepared with lesson plans and handouts for students. If a class is cancelled due to a reason such as a public holiday, we ensure that a make-up class is scheduled so that students get every hour of teaching time they have paid for. When we say a course consists of 28 teaching hours, we deliver 28 teaching hours.
